Humm’s Charging as a Service model is truly one of a kind. We design, install, finance, own, operate, and maintain our best-in-class charging stations—eliminating the common barriers multifamily and commercial properties face, such as steep upfront costs and ongoing management hassles. Humm earns its return through modest subscription and usage fees—often more affordable than a Tesla Supercharger. This means budget constraints and spending priorities no longer stand in the way of smart, sustainable EV charging solutions.

  • Step 1: Request a Proposal

    Humm will work with you to determine the best location and the number of charging stations to be installed initially and added over time; obtain estimates from its contractors and vendors; and prepare and provide a proposal for you to be a host property

  • Step 2: Enter a Host Agreement

    The parties negotiate and enter into a Charging Station Host Agreement (“Host Agreement”). The Host Agreement governs the relationship of the parties and provides for the final design, location and type of equipment to be utilized, and includes typical terms and conditons.

  • Step 3: Humm Performs Turnkey Installation

    Humm will use its own capital to install its best-in-class charging stations using licensed and qualified contractors. Humm may even pay for the electrical infrastructure upgrades in certain cases, which is unique in the industry.

  • Step 4: Drivers Enjoy Low-Cost Charging

    Once activated, residents or guests swipe their phones and start charging at a low-cost rate or subscription-fee basis; Humm performs all ongoing remote monitoring, operations and maintenance of the charging stations.
